In the oldest shopping center in the Netherlands, a.s.r. Real Estate has reached a remarkable milestone: the renovation of the first four residential units. This renovation presented a significant challenge, particularly due to the historic character of the building. For the design, the expertise of Studio id+ was enlisted, resulting in an innovative residential concept that is both modern and functional.
The concept is characterized by a loft-like aesthetic with no hallways and smart solutions that allow residents to freely partition spaces as they see fit. This flexibility, combined with custom details down to the smallest elements, ensures that every square centimeter of the residences is used to its full potential. The result is a living environment that exudes elegance without compromising the building’s rich history.
We had the opportunity to create a testimonial film highlighting the stunning interior design and the successful collaboration with a.s.r. Real Estate. The film showcases not only the transformation of the residences but also the story of the people and the vision behind this unique project. It’s an inspiring example of how history and modern living can go hand in hand.
