For Smeva Koeling we made a work-at-home movie in which an employee takes center stage. Through a personal interview he talks about his work, the culture and the advantages of working at Smeva.
The film gives an honest and substantive picture of the daily work at Smeva Koeling. Combining the interview with images of the work environment, colleagues and activities creates a complete story that is both informative and credible.
The result is a comprehensive employer video that Smeva uses to appeal to new talent and to position the organization as an attractive employer.
